Refund policy
All returns and/or exchanges must be approved by Ultra Performance Parts on a case-by-case basis. Items ordered within 30 days may be returned for store credit. Items must be new and in their original packaging (undamaged). The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless otherwise instructed by Ultra Performance Parts. Some parts returned for a refund will be subjected to up to 30% restocking fee. It is depend on our suppliers' policies.
Certain items are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to special order items, customized items, electronic items (items with electrical components), and on-sale/clearance items. These items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Under no circumstances will Ultra Performance Parts reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product.
To obtain a Return Authorization, please email sale@upparts.ca with the order number, product description, and reason for return. All returns will be made to the original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
